So often interactions around the world focus on what divides us. But through our global Church, we can ignite love in all nations: reaching out to all people, especially our sisters and brothers who are in desperate need.

May we – as the hands, feet and heart of Christ on earth – always and everywhere strive to embrace our global family. May we all try to be beacons of inclusion and fraternity, sharing hope and peace in every corner of the world.
