Thank you for joining us each week for our Mission Rosary: Missio’s beautiful way to pray for the world.
This week, we pray for all those whose lives are torn apart or cut short by violence, poverty, and tragic misfortune. While we struggle to make sense of the disasters which befall our sisters and brothers, we are reminded to offer up our sorrows to God, trusting that in him all may be born again to everlasting life.
‘In the face of grief, [God’s response] is not a theoretical discourse but a compassionate presence, walking alongside those who grieve and lifting the burdens that oppress them.’ – Pope Francis
