Thank you for joining us each week for our Mission Rosary: Missio’s beautiful way to pray for the world.
In July, the Holy Father asks us for our prayers for our sisters and brothers who are sick. This week, we dedicate our Mission Rosary to all those who live in places where healthcare and pastoral care is in short supply or disrupted by conflict, poverty, or natural disaster. May they feel the embrace of their global family, and may we work to alleviate all human suffering through prayer and practical support.
‘The Priest and those who are present during the Anointing of the Sick represent the entire Christian community that, as one body, embraces the one who suffers and their family, nurturing their faith and hope, and supporting them through their prayers and compassion.’ – Pope Francis
