Our National Director, Fr Anthony Chantry, was on Pilgrimage in Rome earlier this week. When he celebrated Mass in the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, he remembered in prayer all current and past Missio supporters.
Greetings from Rome where I am on pilgrimage. I am thinking of you – dear Missio supporters – with immense gratitude and will be keeping you in my prayers as I celebrate Mass in the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.

‘I am now standing in a chapel in the basilica of St Mary Major and I’ve just finished offering Mass for you: our supporters, our helpers and our collaborators.
So in that Mass I gave thanks for you and all the good that you are doing for the sake of the Church’s mission: that is to proclaim Jesus Christ to the world.
Our prayers on this special day in this very special place are for you, and as I go now to visit the tomb of Pope Francis, I’m reminded of his passion for mission.
Something that he wants us all to have – to never give up; to persevere – so that eventually, God’s kingdom will come into this world and there will be peace and justice everywhere, thanks to you.
May God bless you and keep you.
